Accomplishments for the township while in office:
Completed the first comprehensive rezoning plan in 20 years to guide responsible development and limit warehousing
Preserved over 218 acres of open space using dedicated Open Space Tax funds
Denied multiple warehouse proposals, establishing a clear precedent for protecting the township's rural character. These denials were upheld in Northampton County Court.
Hired six full-time Colonial Regional Police Officers to strengthen community safety
Upgraded and expanded township parks, including new walking trails, playgrounds, and a splash pad, funded entirely by grants and developer fees
Revitalized community life with events like the annual Christmas Tree lighting, Easter Egg Hunt, and “Dogs Day Out” and reestablished the summer park program
Advanced key infrastructure improvements, including the Butztown Rd./Route 191 (to be completed summer 2025) and Newburg Rd./Route 191 intersections (Begin construction May 2026)
Maintained the lowest township property tax rate in the Nazareth area and the 6th lowest in Northampton County
